Since 1994, we have raised over $80 million through the private equity markets, with approximately $10 million being from the board of directors and management team of Tetragenex. Due to several unforseen setbacks as well as the state of the economy the Company has gone through great financial difficulties over the past several years.  In order to survive during that time we have made countless efforts to secure funding while drastically slashing its expenses.  The board of directors and management made additional investiments into the company during 2008 and 2009 to keep it afloat again demonstrating their strong belief in the effectiveness of our technology.
